As a direct result of poverty many children in Bangladesh are abandoned, left to fend for themselves. Many also lose their parents through natural disasters which have become synonymous with the country.

Often children as young as seven have to look after and provide for their younger siblings - a responsibility no child should ever need to bear.

These neglected children are in desperate need of our help. They are denied the very things we take for granted - food, shelter, medicine and education.
